The COVID-19 pandemic scenario has affected the transport sector, particularly the rail passenger transport sector all over the world. The concept of non-rail revenue from lifestyle services was equally affected in the pandemic scenario, owing to the realization that revenue from this segment was also actually coming from railway passengers.
