Back pain is the main contributor to absences resulting from musculoskeletal issues in the rail industry workforce and is something that many of us can relate to.
RSSB have produced a myth busting poster to educate individuals on how they can manage back pain, whilst emphasising the combined responsibility of the employee and employer for its management.
