Change can be hard. It can also present great opportunities. The level of workplace support organisations give to their employees can make or break change processes. Our new good practice guide developed in collaboration with the Mental Wellbeing Group provides advice on how to support staff in times of change.
Recent years have been full of change. And there’s more to come, in and outside of the rail industry. Supporting employees adequately through change is key to ensure they can navigate uncertainty to the best of their abilities.
