Investor in Customers is one of the country’s leading authorities in assessing and accrediting customer experience. We commissioned them to review our engagement activities and overall reputation among our members. And we were delighted to win a silver award for our work and ongoing efforts in this area.

Our customers are at the forefront of almost all of our activities. We support them in their mission to run the safest, most effective, and best performing railway undertakings in the country. And to do this, we engage often and with intention. We always seek to connect organisations with the right people, products, or services to help them succeed.

As a part of this audit, RSSB received some glowing member feedback. Members were pleased with the ‘wealth of information’ and ‘invaluable service’ we provide. They also described their RSSB contacts as ‘passionate, knowledgeable, and very customer-focused’.

The focus now will be on addressing some of our areas for improvement. These include improving the consultation process prior to making workstream decisions and promoting more remote meetings.
