Course overview
RSSB’s G-FORCE model supports rail personnel to make rational decisions when under pressure or when they are faced with unfamiliar or unusual situations. It works by taking the user through a rational decision-making framework, helping them come to a logical decision.

- the role of fair culture in evaluating decisions
- guiding users through a logical, structured process for rational decision-making
- situations to use the tool
- practical decision-making scenarios to use the tool.

Who should attend?The course will be helpful to anyone that frequently makes decisions or evaluates the decisions made by others. Previous attendees have included Control and On-Call staff, Driver Managers, Signaller Managers and Customer Experience Managers.
