Ways to influence passenger behaviour

Behaviour is driven by an individual’s goals and attitudes and how they interact with and understand the environment and systems around them. Influencing people’s behaviour is a difficult task that requires persistent effort over time to achieve desired changes. Road safety campaigns and stop smoking campaigns are good examples of this.
