Risk Management Maturity Model – RM3

The Risk Management Maturity Model (RM3) is the tool used by ORR Inspectors and duty-holders to determine the effectiveness of the duty-holder’s health and safety management systems. The tool defines what excellence in risk management looks like and provides assurance that your risk management system is operating to an adequate standard. The model provides a route map to help continuously improve towards excellence in health and safety management.
