Conference Cancellation and Substitution
Cancellations must be advised in writing at least 21 days prior to the conference subject to an administration charge of £30 per person being applied. Substitutions can be made up until the 16 October 2017 without penalty.
A refund will not be given if a delegate fails to attend or cancels within 21 days prior to the conference.
The Organising Committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel the conference and will make every effort to contact participants in the event of an alteration to the programme.
Registration Terms of Payment
Payment must be made at time of registration and is essential to confirm your place at the conference.
Delegate registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Payment for the conference cannot be made at the conference itself.
As all accommodation will be booked directly by you at the hotel of your choice, any accommodation cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policies.
