Defect Recording Analysis and Corrective Action System (DRACAS) Steering Group
"DRACAS PRG provides industry governance to the Digital Railway Programme to deliver national DRACAS business processes and associated business change elements. This will ensure the project provides benefits across industry, by improving performance for all parties."
Scope
The DRACAS SG promotes collaboration and alignment across projects that implement DRACAS for CCS shared systems. It also supports DRACAS stakeholders to help them take better asset management decisions about shared CCS systems. Stakeholders are therefore able to achieve business benefits through the ability to make improvements to system reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety.
