Responding to Ill or Injured Passengers in Stations

Slips, trips and falls are among the most common causes of accidents in stations, especially around steps and stairs. In this article we share the story of Sara Sherrard, whose mother, Priscilla, died after a fall on station stairs. It is possible that nothing would have saved Priscilla, but with care, compassion and consideration, this tragedy could have looked very different.
