Risk and Safety Intelligence Update - Period 2 2025-2026

In Period 2, we hosted training sessions for our members on using Safe Insights. We published the Safe Insights newsletter and three Safe Insights use cases. Our risk and safety intelligence team hosted a definitions workshop with the Rail Delivery Group’s safety and statistics team. We rolled out our bowtie editor software. We led a workshop on Taking Safe Decisions with Network Rail’s geotechnics team in York. Finally, system safety and health colleagues visited Neville Hill depot in Leeds for a Depot Working Group meeting.
