As part of Phase 4 of ERTMS Rule Book project, this form has been updated. For use by signallers on ERTMS lines.
Summary Of Changes
Withdrawn. A simplified form issued to allow a train to be moved quicker to a more convenient location following a SPAD. Form RT3819 and Form RT3189 ERTMS merged into new Form NR3189.
