Form RT3198 Iss 12-20
Possession Arrangements Form
Synopsis
This form is used by the PICOP to record the arrangements for a possession of a running line.
Summary Of Changes
The December 2020 Rule Book changes allow a work site to be given up with an engineering train or on-track machine standing at the signal or block marker where the possession is to be given up around the train. The rules require the Engineering Supervisor (ES) to tell the Person in Charge of the Possession (PICOP) about the train when giving up the work site and the PICOP to record this on Form RT3198. The format of Form RT3198 has been amended to allow the PICOP to do this.
