This document sets out the minimum requirements for high-visibility clothing.

The ability to issue some staff with a 'mini-vest' which does not meet the requirement for Class 2 garments has been removed. Additional guidance has been provided on the provision of garments which on their own do not meet the requirement for Class 2 garments. Editiorial changes throughout. At the 12 month review of this document in September 2020 it was agreed that it was still fit for purpose and no further action required.
