Synopsis
This document contains requirements for reporting safety related information by means of the Safety Management Information System (SMIS), so that reliable safety data is collected, analysed and made available for use by rail industry parties in the management of risk.
Summary Of Changes
RIS-8047-TOM reproduces GERT8047 in its entirety, unchanged in Annex A. This RIS can be adopted by IMs and RUs to help discharge their responsibilities to report accident and incident data.
