Testing and Simulation for the acceptance of running characteristics of railway vehicles. Running behaviour and stationary tests' in respect of vehicle static testing.

Redrafted to reflect change in status from a code of practice to a guidance note and to update references to BS EN 14363:2016 rather than GMRT2141 issue three. New guidance added for the assessment of offset loaded container wagons and on the benefits of recording vehicle body twist. Editorial changes throughout.
