Summary Of Changes
Section 9.4 has been revised to clarify that the display of a red or white light on the rear of vehicles or traction units left on dead-end lines can be exempted by train operating company instructions as a result of the vehicles or traction units being sufficiently visible without.
An obsolete reference to Safe Work Leader has been removed from section 12.
