Risk and Safety Intelligence Updates - Period 3 2022-23

In this period we successfully launched five new, simpler reporting forms as part of the drive to make our Safety Management Intelligence System (SMIS) easier and quicker to use. We completed a risk assessment review and a risk analysis commissioned by Manchester Metrolink and Network Rail, respectively. We also supported events to share ideas and good practice with international railway colleagues.
