Risk and Safety Intelligence Updates - Period 2 2022-23

This period we’ve been busy with risk models – developing a model to inform the operational response to extreme rainfall events, reviewing the new MTR Elizabeth Line risk model, and supporting a Network Rail re-signalling project. We’ve also been busy making SMIS easier and quicker to use and recognising SMIS teams from across GB rail for their hard work and contribution to a better, safer railway.
