Operational Decision-Making Training
These types of stressful situations can be helped by a structured approach to making decisions. Our G-FORCE model has a framework to do this that is logical and thorough. Delegates of this course will learn how to use the G FORCE model to better structure their operational decisions. Delegates will gain an understanding of the need to fully consider the options and risks. This will help them avoid the human tendency to jump from the problem to a solution.
Course overview
Our G-FORCE model supports rail personnel to make rational operational decisions when under pressure or when they are faced with unfamiliar or unusual situations. It takes the user through a rational decision-making framework which helps them come to a logical decision. This course in operational decision-making is based on the G-FORCE model and practical ways to use it.
