P Series Relay Armature Bolts
Synopsis
This document sets out the actions required to ensure the P series relays are inspected and changed where the tab washer has not been turned over to prevent the armature extension bolt from unscrewing. GKRT0404 Iss 1 August 1997 has been transferred to Network Rail document number RTSIN066 with effect from 6 February 1999.
