RIS-3451-TOM reproduces GORT3451 in its entirety, unchanged in Annex A. This RIS can be adopted by RUs to fulfil their legal obligations to comply with the Train Driving Licences and Certificates Regulations 2010 (amended 2015). This document is currently under review.
