GORT3451 was reviewed in accordance with the final report of the European Commission's Task Force on National Safety Rules (NSRs). The review concluded it duplicated European legislation, and could not be retained as a NSR nor as a RGS. Its requirements remain valid and it status has been changed to a RIS-3451-TOM Iss 1
