Station Safety during the Covid-19 Pandemic

During the pandemic the number of reported station area incidents had increased. In particular, assault and abuse events at stations changed significantly consistent with previous RSSB work completed at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our data insights team analysed data from various sources to understand the possible causes of this rise and identify the mitigations that need to be put in place.
