Health and Wellbeing Data

Data has helped to make Britain’s railways one of the safest in the world and we want to do the same for health and wellbeing. RSSB are working with members from across the industry to implement a health and wellbeing data programme, to improve the lives of the industry’s workforce. 

Health and wellbeing data is essential to:

1. Assess workforce risks
2. Find interventions that work
3. Measure the effectiveness of interventions
4. Build business cases for interventions
5. Benchmark company performance.
