Predicting and mitigating small fluctuations in station dwell times (COF-INP-03)

The aim of this project was to develop models which are capable of making real time predictions of expected variations in station dwell time, along with an interface for communicating these variations to railway operating staff so that they can implement appropriate mitigation measures.
