Trainers’ Testimonials
This Wellbeing Champion training course was developed as a result of a training needs analysis carried out in 2019. The report identified a need and desire for a rail-specific training programme to upskill and continue to develop the competency and confidence of wellbeing champions. These champions play a very important role in providing a proactive approach to good health and wellbeing and need to be supported to do so.
