Code of Practice for On, Off and Cross Tracking of On Track Plant (OTP)
Synopsis
This code of practice gives guidance for the safe on and off tracking of road-rail vehicles to mitigate the possibility of derailing or overturning the machine, potentially causing injury or damage to the machine and/or infrastructure, whilst undertaking this process. The code of practice covers all on tracking, off tracking and cross tracking of road-rail vehicles including leaving and returning to the track where the rails have been removed.
