COP0017 Iss 3

This Code of Practice gives guidance on the arrangements for loading and securing of typical loads associated with all on-tack plant (OTP) whilst on rail.

This COP has undergone a complete review and has been made applicable to all infrastructure managers. Changes include guidance on need for consideration and planning for load restraint. Access by personnel and potential for working at height is now included, as well as a completely new section on personnel carriers and risk assessment.
