Assessment of Risks from Train Overruns at Terminal or Bay Platforms
Synopsis
Section 8.1.1 of GCRT5033 requires the risks of harm to people and damage to critical structures arising from a train overrun at a terminal or bay platform to be assessed. This document gives guidance on assessing these risks. It also gives guidance on identifying the reasonably practicable risk mitigation measures that could be required to address the risks.
