You will need this handbook if you carry out the duties of a IWA, COSS or PC blocking a line.
Summary Of Changes
2.2 amended to encourage use of additional protection whenever possible. Section 3 changed to refer to two instances when possible to grant a line blockage with a train in affected section. Section 5 changed regarding reconnection of signalling equipment.
