Synopsis
This document is primarily used to publish minor changes to National Operations Publications (NOPs) and has been re-issued, taking into consideration amendments to NOPs.
Summary Of Changes
The rules have been changed with a new section called 'Uncontrolled evacuation', ie an uncontrolled evacuation of passengers from a train which is not initiated by the driver or guard.
