Synopsis
This document gives guidance on the application of the Control of Electromagnetic Fields at Work (CEMFAW) Regulations in the railway environment, and supplements the processes set out in the Health and Safety Executive's guidance on the regulations.
Summary Of Changes
The publication of EMF Directive 2013/35/EU requires member states to bring into force any laws, regulations and or administrative provisions necessary to comply with the directive by 01/07/2016. This document provides guidance on CEMFAW Regulations, which are the UK enactment of the EMF Directive.
