This document sets out 'The Registered List of Agreed Criteria' for the in-service examination and lubrication of freight wagons, for operation on Network Rail managed infrastructure.

Revised to take into account the legal responsibilities of an entity in charge of maintenance (ECM), review appendices against the latest version of the General Contract of Use (GCU), add rationale and guidance, and update appendices to include a column for the action to be taken to remove doubt if the document is printed in black and white.
