COP0019 Iss 6

This Code of Practice details the actions to be taken, and by whom, following an accident or incident involving OTP.  It deals with the engineering technical aspects of incident management. With regard to accidents and incidents companies should have robust contingency plans in place to deal with the consequences of any accident or incident including the relieving of personnel who are not deemed fit to continue with their duties.
