This document is primarily used to publish minor changes to National Operations Publications (NOPs) and has been re-issued, taking into consideration any amendments to NOPs.

This issue contains new amendments to a number of Rule Book modules and handbooks to replace the gender-specific terms ‘pilotman’ and ‘manned level crossing’ with ‘pilot’ and ‘manually-controlled level crossing’.
