RIS-2453-RST Iss 2.2

This document sets out requirements for the registration, marking and numbering of rail vehicles operating on the Great Britain (GB) mainline network.

The statement of vehicle configuration (CVS) had a broken hyperlink inside the RIS due to the RSSB extranet being decommissioned. How the form is used was also not referenced within the document. Appendix E is now linked on outside on the catalogue front page for RIS-2453 -RST. Amendments have been made inside RIS-2453-RST to repair the broken link to the CVS form. A link to UG003 - Vehicle Management User Guide on how the form can be loaded to R2 to initiate relevant changes, has been added to the front page of RIS-2453-RST in the RSSB catalogue. Form RT2453-E has been refreshed and has RSSB logo incorporated within the form. Appendix E example of the CVS in RIS-2453-RST is an identical example to Form RT2453-E.
