Investor in Customers Award (Gold)
We’re thrilled to announce that RSSB was awarded gold in 2025 by Investor in Customers.

Investor in Customers is one of the country’s leading authorities in assessing and accrediting customer experience. We commissioned them to review our engagement activities and overall reputation among our members. As part of our ongoing Customer Experience Strategy, we continue to work with Investor In Customers to assess the effectiveness of our engagement with members and benchmark our approach against similar organisations.
In 2023, this independent assessment awarded us Silver accreditation, recognising the strength of our relationships and the quality of service we provide. Building on this foundation, we have maintained a clear focus on listening to our members, acting on feedback, and continually improving the way we deliver our services.
We are pleased to confirm that in 2025 we achieved the Investor In Customer Gold accreditation, reflecting two years of sustained improvement and demonstrating meaningful progress in how our customers experience our work. This accreditation further strengthens trust in our brand and supports our commitment to delivering excellent service across all areas of our organisation.
We will continue to use insights from the Investor in Customers assessment to guide ongoing improvements and ensure we are meeting the needs of our members effectively and consistently.
