RIS-3703-TOM Iss 4.1

This document sets out requirements and guidance for the development, review and implementation of passenger train dispatch processes and measures to manage the safe behaviour of passengers at the platform train interface.

Following Recommendation 1 from the RAIB report for Eden Park, which requires the industry to work together for a clear policy and process for provision of tactile surfaces, this document has been updated by withdrawing Appendix K and and transferring it to RIS-7016-INS as requirements with a rationale and guidance.
