RIS-3703-TOM Iss 5

This document sets out requirements and guidance for the development, review and implementation of passenger train dispatch processes and measures to manage the safe behaviour of passengers at the platform train interface.

RIS-3703-TOM issue five incorporates updated guidance in topic areas ‘Assessment responsibilities’ and ‘Requirements to review’ to encourage better collaboration with relevant staff representatives when reviewing, modifying or implementing train dispatch arrangements. The changes in RIS-3703-TOM issue five will help transport operators take better decisions on the method of dispatch.

07/11/2023 - 12 month review - TOM SC approved the recommendation that a limited change release is published.
