Investigating the risks posed by luggage to passengers and staff on trains and stations (T1057)

Increasing passenger numbers will result in a rise in the amount of luggage on trains and at stations. Luggage is a factor in many slip, trip or fall incidents at stations and on trains, resulting in injuries and cost implications. This research aimed to investigate the risks posed by luggage and propose good practice solutions to luggage management.
