Gathering information for the East Anglia franchise process on social, economic and environmental issues (T1090)

The aim of the project was to identify opportunities to improve the environmental and socioeconomic performance of the East Anglia (EA) franchise and recommend how these could be included in either the Invitation to Tender (ITT) or the Franchise Agreement.
