Identifying mitigations for the risk of unplanned movement of wheelchairs and pushchairs on station platforms (T1098)

There have been cases in recent years of wheelchairs and pushchairs rolling onto the track at stations due to brakes not being applied and slopes on the platforms. This project aimed to identify contributory factors in such incidents and identifying potential mitigations.
