Investigating train accident risk relating to train operations and rolling stock failures to improve industry risk management (T1101)

The aim of this project was to improve the understanding of train accident risk relating to train operations and rolling stock failures and enhance the rail industry Precursor Indicator Model (PIM). It has also supported the development of requirements for the upgraded Safety Management Intelligence System (SMIS).
