A feasibility study into the use of High Voltage couplers on rolling stock (T1150)

The aim of this project was to review the performance, safety and economic feasibility of an HV coupler for both new and existing trains, with a view to reducing the need for multiple pantographs which in turn could allow for potentially higher speed operation and improved reliability at the pantograph/OLE interface.
