Minimising service disruption from failures of track circuit actuators (assisters) (T579)

Following earlier work on the impact of track quality on train wheels and of wheels on track, this project was intended to support this work by collecting data and developing a database on wheelset condition that was accessible and shared by Network Rail, train operators and train maintainers.
