Development of an industry defect recording and corrective actions system for command, control and signalling equipment (T754)

The aims of this research project were to establish stakeholder requirements for a nationwide Control, Command and Signalling (CCS) defect recording and corrective actions system (DRACAS), and to understand how relevant organisations comply with standards and understand any issues that may prevent the successful implementation of a national system.
