Developing Station Travel Plans (T803)

The National Station Travel Plan Steering Group (made up of rail industry stakeholders and local authorities) agreed four key objectives for a pilot programme for Station Travel Plans (STP) to see if such techniques could be applied to the railway, bringing benefits such as modal shift, increased passenger numbers, lower CO₂ emissions and improved customer satisfaction.
