This research sought to establish whether the Royal National Institute for Blind People (RNIB) RNIB REACT system is fit for use at stations, whether it is the most appropriate technology to use, can be justified in terms of costs, meets the needs of visually impaired people and if there are likely to be more appropriate systems available.
