Enhancing the accuracy and functionality of the All Level Crossing Risk Model (ALCRM) (T936)

The aims of this project were to enhance the All Level Crossing Risk Model (ALCRM) to take full advantage of suggestions made by industry bodies and others, and to deliver a tool to demonstrate the enhanced ALCRM is a working and stable, and to show how the new algorithms change the risk at level crossings.
